This is an application, not a contract. Volunteers must be able to commit to working at least one 4 hour shift (earns a 1 day pass), and prefer two or more shifts (earns a 3 day pass). All volunteers must attend at least 1 (one) training session and 1 orientation session. Training hours also count towards Community Service Hours. We will provide a form to all high school students attending as volunteers to document Community Service Hours served.

Tea Parlour (helps set up, serves patrons, cleans up, busses tables, packs up and cleans up after the convention)
Mysterium (helps set up game tables, assists in gaming demonstrations, may fill empty player spots as needed, collects grade reports and takes them to Registration)
ConOps (helps set up, maintains contact with the Executive Staff and Security, runs errands)
Registration (helps set up, hands out registration packets to Pre-registered students, packs up and cleans up after the convention)
Classrooms (helps set up, may help professors distribute paperwork, collects grade reports and delivers them to Registration)
Scriptorium (helps set up, helps pack up and clean up after the convention)
Laboratorium (helps set up the demonstration room, cleans up, collects grade reports and delivers them to Registration)
Spectacularium (keeps stage clean, collects grade reports and delivers them to Registration)
Promenade (helps set up, reports any problems to Security, helps break down and clean up after the convention)
Professor’s Lounge (assists in setting up, helps keep food stocked for Visiting Professors, cleans up and breaks down room to pack out)
Art Gallery (assists in setting up art, wrapping art, breaking down room at end of convention)
Mercantile (dealer’s room – assists in setting the room up and breaking it down)
Runner (alerts programming rooms when time is up, other errands as needed by Staff)
Set Up/Break Down (helps set up the rooms for opening, break down, haul out, and clean up after)
ConVenience Store (helps set up, assists cashier, packs up and breaks down at end of convention)
