Promenade Application
We are offering a limited amount of FREE space to Airships, Leagues, Protectorates, Clubs, Societies and other steampunk groups to advertise themselves and recruit new members. The size is VERY SMALL – we prefer a folding TV tray sized table, just large enough to place some brochures on and maybe set up one of those trifold science project type displays. These will be placed along the walls of the Promenade areas and must be taken down Saturday night for the Dance. There is NO SELLING ALLOWED at these little tables and you must bring your own table. We may have a few you can rent for $5 for the weekend, but again, these are on a very limited basis and will be available only during Friday morning’s set-up.
Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a first come basis, and we will respond with an email. If you’ve been accepted, we will provide a table number to you and when you arrive at OctopodiCon, go to ConOps, give them your table number, and we’ll direct you to your space to set up. If we have any tables to rent, they will be available at ConOps.

OctopodiCon 2012 Steampunk Club Promenade Application
We have a limited amount of teeny spaces inside the Promenade for Steampunk Clubs to set up very small information tables. And we do mean SMALL – those folding TV trays are about the right size, nothing larger than a 3’x3’ folding table. If you wish to set up a display, it must fit into a 3’x3’ space – if it’s larger than that, you will not be able to set it up. Height must be under 10’.
