If you prefer to call in your reservation, you may do so at 405-942-8511, and use the code GRP11993 or tell them you are with OctopodiCon 2012 to get our most excellent room rate. This rate is for 1-4 people, and if you call early enough, you may be able to upgrade to a suite at no extra cost.
The room reservation includes a free breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Hilton Garden Inn
If you are using a powered mobility device, you may prefer to reserve your room at the Hilton Garden Inn. We have a room block there for $89 a night and the rooms are more accessible for those using powered mobility devices. Both the Magnuson and the Hilton share the same parking lot and are equidistant from the Meridian Conference Center, where the main programming occurs.
